Our beautiful French Villa 'Santa Monica' is a 15 minute walk to Callian Village (4 min drive) the major surrounding areas including Cannes, Monaco, St Tropez are all a drive away. Nice Airport is a very straight forward 40 minute drive.
Gail (host) will assist you with any questions you may have before and during your stay.
The Villa itself is very spacious allowing a great deal of natural light with all bedrooms having air conditioning.
Santa Monica is nestled within an acre of oak woodland .
it’s quiet and private yet close enough to famous resorts, glamorous principalities and back to nature activities. The pool located at the back of the villa, south facing so receiving the sun throughout the entire day is is 12m x 5m in size. Please see 'The Villa' in the menu above where you can see all the Santa Monicas facilities.
The whole 240m2 villa and all its facilities are available to guests. There are a number of fantastic restaurants nearby in addition to the number of local friendly cafe's in the centre of Callian village square. Guests will also receive a number of recommendations on places to visit, things to do and places to eat. 'A pearl in the south of france!From booking to check in: We have had a good contact with the host of This wonderfull House. The pictures were good -but the reality was even better. The pool area was so nice with new “patio stones”. At night you can turn on the light around the pool. Plenty of sunchairs and toys for the children. The bedrooms are so beautiful (and big). The bathrooms are super. The kitchen is fantastick with an American fridge, a big oven and all you need. From the young ones to the grandparents- everybody liked it! This House is so beautiful - We Will recommend the House Santa Monica to everybody!'

'A superb villa in a beautiful location away from the busy and crowded centres of Nice, Cannes and Antibes. A slightly larger than normal pool, with a proper deep end for mucking about in. Plenty of room in the villa and well specced out for eating in, or just relaxing in by the pool. Surrounding countryside gave us ample opportunity to explore and everyone we met in the smaller towns and villages were genuinely very friendly. Would definitely recommend for larger groups as more than enough room! Thanks again'.

'We enjoyed our stay at gail's house. She was a very nice host and communicating with her was very easy. The place is beautiful, well equipped and conveniently located for several adventures along the cote d'azur. Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez and many beautiful small villages are all within 20 to 60 minutes by car. The lake close by is also very beautiful and nice to swim in or rent a boat there. We enjoyed staying at Gail's place!'
